Facebook “Hand to Heart”

We are proud to announce our most recent work for Facebook entitled “Hand To Heart”. The film, directed and edited by Doug Walker, speaks to advertisers about the power of Facebook insights where marketers can forge deeper emotional connections with their customers.

“Hand to Heart” is a short film created for Facebook that explores a simple but important idea: real connection is what makes people care. Aimed at advertisers and marketers, the piece looks at how brands can move beyond surface-level messaging and create something that actually resonates.

Directed and edited by Doug Walker, the film takes a human-first approach. It starts with a familiar question—how does love happen?—and uses that as a way into a broader conversation about emotional connection. Because whether it’s between people or between a person and a brand, the principle is the same: if there’s no spark, there’s no impact.

The message centers on understanding. People aren’t just driven by logic—they’re moved by feeling. And the more a brand understands what matters to its audience, the more it can create moments that feel personal. That might mean making someone laugh, making them think, or even making them feel seen. It’s about going beyond awareness and building something deeper.

Visually, the film leans into intimacy and immediacy, reflecting how people actually experience content today—primarily on their phones, in quick, constant moments throughout the day. That shift has changed the way stories are told. It’s no longer about big, distant messaging, but about creating something that feels close, relevant, and human.

At its core, “Hand to Heart” is about the evolving language of storytelling in a mobile-first world. The distance between catching someone’s attention and truly connecting with them is smaller than ever. And when brands get it right, that connection can be powerful.

Because in the end, the goal isn’t just to reach people—it’s to move them.
