Diversity

We believe in the power of diversity—bringing fresh ideas, new perspectives, and a stronger sense of responsibility to our work and our film community. We prioritize building diverse crews to empower underrepresented voices. That’s why in 2018 we started a mentorship and apprentice program giving newcomers a chance to shadow and learn from experienced crew members.
We work with local university film programs to actively recruit students, especially those who face barriers in the system. Diversity and inclusion aren’t just goals; they’re an ongoing commitment. We’re always working to improve, making Caruso Company a place where inclusivity thrives.
