ServiceNow, Stellantis Customer Film

Director; Harry Cocciolo

Caruso Company partnered with ServiceNow to produce a customer film highlighting Stellantis’ ambitious digital transformation. Directed by Harry Cocciolo, and filmed in Paris France, the film illustrates how Stellantis is using ServiceNow to modernize workflows, streamline operations, and empower employees across 14 iconic brands in 130 countries.

The narrative centers on Stellantis’ “All In” approach—digitizing processes across manufacturing, supply chains, dealerships, and customer operations. By consolidating workflows into a single platform, employees can access information in seconds instead of sifting through hundreds of pages of documents. This unified system allows AI-enabled solutions to be implemented instantly, delivering actionable insights and accelerating operational efficiency.

The film emphasizes the human impact of this transformation. With 48,000 employees onboarding on day one, Stellantis demonstrates how a centralized platform enhances satisfaction, innovation, and productivity. Generative AI at a platform level enables widespread adoption, allowing data to flow seamlessly and uncover opportunities that were previously unimaginable.

ServiceNow’s partnership with Stellantis shows how technology can elevate the employee experience while driving measurable business outcomes. Employees gain the tools to focus on high-value tasks, make faster decisions, and contribute more creatively to the company’s mission. The voiceover underscores the transformative potential of AI and platform consolidation, showing that when employees are empowered and fully integrated into a single system, the results ripple across the enterprise.

Ultimately, the film presents a story of innovation, efficiency, and human-centric technology. Stellantis’ digital evolution with ServiceNow exemplifies how organizations can harness AI and enterprise platforms to redefine operations, enhance employee engagement, and achieve tangible business impact. “When All In works, the world works.”
