Caruso Company is proud of our long partnership with Salesforce.com producing scores of best in class film content over the years for their annual Dreamforce event held in San Francisco. This year was no exception as we helped create two exciting stories showcasing the TicketMaster / Salesforce relationship.
Both films were shot in Los Angeles and San Francisco and showcase the deep collaboration between these two amazing companies.
In the first title we learn how switching to Salesforce Lightning provided Ticketmaster sales reps with a 360 view of the customer, placing the power of data right at their fingertips. With Lightning, Ticketmaster is able to more effectively engage and service their clients, so they can create more amazing experiences for their fans.
Our second title features the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As a top 5 global e-commerce player TicketMaster never stops innovating or thinking about ways to bring better experiences to fans. With Marketing Cloud, Ticketmaster creates personalized fan experiences, providing helpful guidance, removing friction and ultimately, delivering amazing end to end journeys that fans feel.
Caruso also enjoyed participating on-site for a seventh straight year with our talented film team documenting the entirety of Dreamforce at Moscone Center in San Francisco.
The Dreamforce event is is attended by over 130,000 people from around the globe and every year, the world’s most innovative minds come to inspire, excite, and motivate attendees. Past speakers include Michelle Obama, Taraji P. Henson, Klaus Schwab, and Susan Wojcicki.
